Right now, I live in France and would LOVE to see the games live... but... it's hard to subscribe to an American TV provider here, if you know what I mean.  Current provider laughs when we suggest that they sign up for Pac-12 broadcasts.  And I'm sure that's true on most overseas networks.  Looking forward to the time when we won't be considered 'lost cousins'.
