Why won’t you accept DirecTV’s request to let them offer Pac-12 Networks to only those who want to pay for it?

DirecTV doesn’t offer any of its other sports networks in this manner, and we'd ask DirecTV why it wants to impose different terms on Pac-12 fans than on fans of the Big Ten Network or other regional sports networks in its line-up. Pac-12 Networks has secured a similar deal to the one it is offering DirecTV with more than 50 providers, and our fans deserve to see their games.
Here's a list of the 50 sports networks that DirecTV offers to all its customers:
beIN Sport, Big Ten Network, CBS Sports Network, ESPN, ESPN Classic, ESPN, Deportes, ESPN2, ESPNEWS, ESPNU, Fox Deportes, Fox Soccer, Fox Soccer Plus, GOL TV, Golf Channel, MLB Network, NBA TV, NFL Network, NHL Network, Outdoor Channel, Speed, Tennis Channel, The Sportsman Channel, TVG Network, Universal Sports Network, Altitude; CSN (Bay Area, California, Chicago, Mid-Atlantic, SportSouth, SNY); FSN (AZ, OH, Detroit, FL, MW, North, OH, Prime Ticket, South, SW, West, Sun Sports); Root Sports (Northwest, Pittsburgh, Rocky Mtn); MSG, MASN, NESN; YES
