If I don’t know my TV Provider username and password, what should I do?

Please contact your TV Provider.  Pac-12 Networks has no ability to recover or troubleshoot TV Provider sign-in information.  

When you sign in using your TV Provider username/password, you are actually signing in with the TV Provider, and it tells the Pac-12 Now app to grant you access to the broadcast content.  The authentication process occurs on your provider's website, not Pac-12 Networks or Pac-12 Now. We do not store or have any knowledge about your TV Provider username/password.
